What’s New at Trijicon ACOG?

Trijicon Inc. has brought lots of new changes in the Advanced Combat Optical Gunsight or simply ACOG line of scopes. Fixed power Trijicon ACOG scopes come in 1.5 x 16S, 1.5 x 24, 2 x 20, 3 x 30, 3.5 x 35, 4 x 32, 4 x 32 BAC, 4 x 32 LED, 5.5 x 50, 6 x 48, and ACOG / RMR Combo. Let’s get started by discussing about the new things in the Trijicon ACOG section that the manufacturer has introduced.

Introduction of New 300 Blackout Reticle with Merged Subsonic and Supersonic BDC for Instant Ammunition Switch

Trijicon has increased its reticle offerings and introduced a new 300 Blackout reticle for optimised efficiency and simplicity. It comes with merged aiming points. Subsonic BDC (out to 200 yards) and Supersonic BDC (out to 600 yards) are merged so that one set of aiming points can be used for two kinds of ammunitions. In simple words, you can switch instantly from subsonic to supersonic ammunition and back without the requirement of re-zeroing the optic. You can practically use almost all kinds of bullets, barring some exceptions, with this new reticle type.

New 300 Blackout reticle is available with both Trijicon ACOG 3.5×35 and 4×32 rifle scope models. In Trijicon ACOG 4×32 model, this reticle type will be available in both LED and tritium/fiber optic versions. This reticle is available for TA31-C-100411, TA31-C-100412, and TA31-C-100413 4×32 ACOG riflescopes. For Trijicon 3.5×35 ACOG scopes, new 300 Blackout reticle is available for three models: TA11-C-100414, TA11-C-100415, and TA11-C-100416. TA02-C-100431 and TA02-C-100432 4×32 LED ACOG scopes also come with this new advanced 300 Blackout reticle.

Introduction of New M193 Reticle for matching with M193 Ammunition

One of the leaders in manufacturing military standard optics, Trijicon, has introduced M193 reticle along with their Bindon Aiming Concept or BAC for specifically matching M193 ammunition’s ballistic profile. The reticle comes along with tritium-based illumination technology and fibre optics. M193 reticle option will be available with both ACOG 3.5×35 and ACOG 4×32 scopes. In both the models, the M193 reticles will be available in green, amber, and red colors. Chevron reticle will be utilized by the ACOG M193 reticles. You can estimate range of silhouette targets as the base of chevron’s width is 5.5 MOA, which is equivalent to 19 inch at 300 meters.

This new reticle type will be available with TA11-D-100291, TA11-D-100292, and TA11-D-100293 Trijicon ACOG 3.5×35 scopes and TA31-D-100288, TA31-D-100289, and TA31-D-100290 4×32 ACOG models.

Introduction of Green and Red Reticle Options with LED ACOG 4×32 scopes

Trijicon has launched Green and Red Reticle Options with LED ACOG 4×32 scopes. Therefore, you have now LED ACOG riflescopes with green and red colors, powered by single AA battery. The different reticle options available with different Trijicon ACOG scopes are:
